Helping your child learn.

One of the best ways to help your child learn is to demonstrate your love of learning. Read to your child at every opportunity, explain things to your child, and encourage your child’s questions. Every child is naturally curious and is a sponge for learning.

Turn off the TV! Talk to your child. Point out the names of things from trees, and flowers to types of dogs.

Play games, word games, number games, card games, etc.

Continue learning yourself with credit or non-credit courses from the Frost School at Plymouth State University.
